Hi, I’m Heather Z.
I am in my 40’s, have a wonderful 26 year old son, I recently lost my furbaby in this photo (Her name was Stoney), and am in a fantastic relationship with a very supportive man. I am truly lucky and blessed.
But, that doesn’t mean that life has always been cupcakes and rainbows. I’ve struggled. A lot! Especially with my weight and how I look at myself. I have been that woman that thought she was worthless and un-important. I’ve covered all of that up with humor, maybe some dark humor at times.
My health journey (not just weight loss) started 4 years ago, after a diverticulitis diagnosis and a DR telling me that if I didn’t stop to take care of myself, that I could have died. Talk about a wake-up call!!
In those 4 years, I discovered my true passion. I want to help busy women that feel like they’ve tried everything and are getting nowhere to get to the root of the real issue to help accomplish their health goals by bringing a whole foods approach to nurturing and healing their bodies.
